This morning, I am the package and he says, “UPS is keeping the cargo in a secure facility until the instructions and agreement are in place.” Has anyone else experienced something similar from afar? Delivery of the package is scheduled for August 24. I ordered a PC case from NewEgg.ca and apparently it is shipped from the United States. Which is good. They charged me an extra $50 in addition to $168.00 for shipping and handling. I confirmed with the NewEgg representative that rates and fees are included in this $50. It is currently on its way to my local centre and is scheduled for Monday. I called NewEgg and they told me they had filed a lawsuit to have my shipment delivered to me. I received an email from them with a copy of the claim and it says “Reason for claim: lost package”. .
